I'm not sure what you mean by web 2.0. I use the Internet for research, addresses and phone numbers,
and occasionally watch TV shows that I've missed. I am on facebook but am a newbie.
As far as blogging, twitter, and links I'd say I am a 2/10.
I'm excited to increase my knowledge.
It sounds like you are well on your way. Web 2.0 is about interconnectivity - meaning that you connect with others online through social media. That's just a little different than searching for information on your own. So, twitter, librarything, etc. are ways to connect with others, see if they have anything to offer you or if you have anything to offer them. I'll be interested to see if that's something you like once you get into it more.
